Who we are
Blending empathy with clear structure, we use trauma-informed tools like CBT, DBT, and somatic practices…gentle body-focused approaches that tune into physical sensations, breath, and movement to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and build coping skills you can use right in the moment, at home or work.
Sessions are collaborative- we’ll set simple goals, notice what’s helping, and adjust as needed so therapy feels relevant and empowering for your real life.
