Ascension Mental Health Counseling

At Ascension we provide friendly, professional, and confidential therapy services designed to deepen each client's self-understanding and empower them to reach their fullest potential. Every client is treated as unique, and we tailor therapeutic approaches to fit individual needs, goals, and circumstances. We offer mental health therapy to individuals, couples and children 5+ in person and via Telehealth. We specialize in CBT, DBT and somatic-based interventions.
